As-built drawings document the existing conditions of a building or site as they exist today — not as they were originally designed. Through field measurement and on-site verification, we produce accurate floor plans, elevations, and site documentation that serve as a reliable foundation for future planning, design, renovation, and construction.

Many buildings — especially those that have been renovated, expanded, or modified over time — have no reliable drawings on record. As-built documentation fills that gap.

As-built drawings typically include floor plans showing room layouts, dimensions, and spatial relationships; exterior and interior elevations; and site plans where applicable. The specific scope depends on your project needs and is defined during our initial consultation.
As-built drawings are based on field measurements and visible conditions observed at the time of the site visit, accurate to within one inch. Hidden conditions — including structural elements, utilities, and systems concealed within walls, floors, or ceilings — are not included unless otherwise noted.
We deliver professional PDF files for review and coordination, and DWG files for use by architects, engineers, and contractors. Both formats are included in every as-built package.
Most as-built projects are generally completed within one week of the site visit. Exact timeline depends on the size and complexity of the facility and will be discussed during our initial call.
As-built drawings document existing conditions and are not intended for permitting as standalone documents. However, they serve as the foundation for construction documents, renovation drawings, and permit applications prepared by architects and engineers.
